Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an Injection mould manufacturer in China, we also have our own international sales department.
How long will I get the quotation?
We will reply you within 12 hours, and give you a quote in 24 hours.
What raw materials are used in your injection molds?
We can use any type of steel appointed by a customer or popular in the market.
Such as P20, 718, 8407, NAK80, H13, S136, DIN 1.2738, DIN 1.2344, etc.
What are the common plastic materials?
PP, ABS, PC, POM, PA, HDPE, HIPE, PS, AS, PBT, PET, PMMA, PVC and so on.
Can you customize the plastic product for me?
Yes, we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers’ drawings or samples, and we can also design new models for our customers.
What do you need for quotation?
We need your plastic product sample or size, 2D part drawing and 3D is more better, with your other requirements, such as steel for core and cavity, etc.
Could you make hot runner mould?
Yes, we do, we use the hot runner brand like: Mould MASTER, HASCO, DME, YUDO and China Brand
Can You Provide the Steel Certificate and Heat-treatment Certificate?
Yes, We can provide steel certificate or heat treatment certificate for every export mold.
Could you quote by photos?
Yes, we can only offer you probably mould cost, Unless you can provide precise dimensions.
How is your company payment method?
We mainly accept T/T: 30% as deposit with order, 20% confirm the samples, and 50% before delivery. L/C is also acceptable.
Which design software do you use?
We use these software include:

- Unigraphics (3D Modeling)
- Solidworks (3D Modeling)
- Moldflow Mould Advisor (Plastic flow/deform simulation)
How long does it take to design an injection mold?
We will offer you the drawing in one week if the mould structure is simple.
What is the Max size of mould making?
It’s according to your injection moulding machine and the plastic product size.
How long does it take for the injection mold to be delivered?
5-9 weeks for a small and middle sized Mould, and 9-13 weeks for big injection mould.
Where is your injection mould mainly exported?
Our injection molds are mainly exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as the United States, Russia, Britain, South Africa, South Korea, Australia, and Canada. Our customers include many OEM customers, specializing in cars, trucks, motorcycle, electrical products, home appliances, etc.
What's your shipping method?
Usually we will ship the molds to you by sea, if If urgently, We will use air transport. It is upon to our customer.

The quality of the mold is mainly composed of the mold design, the mold material and the parts used in the mold and the machine for processing.
